E's Journey

Thanks for taking the time to read about how this journey of mine got started.

For as long as I can remember, I've always struggled with my weight.  I've battled depression, eating disorders, and three pregnancies that have factored in on my ups and downs of weight loss over the years.   I believe it wasn't until 8th grade when it finally hit me that I was over weight and I needed to do something about it.  But that just led to many years of battling eating disorders.  I've tried every diet known to man.  I did really good on Weight Watchers, but if I am being completely honest, I still struggled with my eating disorder so I didn't keep the weight off.  I did the hCG diet and again, it worked great, but I gained all of my weight back, plus more.  I've been pregnant 3 times and I don't regret any of my children, but they took a toll on my body.  Here I am today ready to make a change and get healthy. I don't want to just lose weight, but I want to be healthy.

I have a few goals I will list below and you can help me stay accountable so I can reach my goals.

Goals

-Lose 15lbs by August 10th
- Lose 30lbs by September 30th
-Lose 40lbs by October  31st
-Lose 50lbs by November 26th
-Lose 60lbs by December 25th.
